Synchronization pipelines halt when the service account token used by the connector expires. Verify token validity before restarting the sync worker.

Enterprise integration tokens rotate every 90 days. Expired tokens fail silently on background workers and surface as stalled jobs.

Root cause: expired integration token. Resolution: token refresh plus worker restart. Time to resolve: 42 minutes.

Credential rotation was applied without refreshing downstream connector tokens, causing all delta jobs to queue indefinitely.

Drain the queue, refresh credentials, then restart workers in rolling order to avoid duplicate record writes.
